Patti has served in numerous executive organizational HR leadership roles and has a significant interest, along with a great depth of experience in the healthcare industry, but is well-versed and rounded in all business structures. Along with HR consulting, she also teaches professional skills and leadership courses at a local community college in New Mexico, specializing in HR Basics, Creating a Culture of Inclusion, Team Building, and effective Goal-Setting strategies.
