Patti Brammer is the owner/operator of A1 HR Consulting Services, an all-in-one Human Resources partner for your small or medium-sized business. Patti has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and organizational operations, holds advanced degrees in leadership and organization development and has current national and local Human Resources certifications and affiliations.  Patti has served in numerous executive organizational HR leadership roles and has a significant interest, along with a great depth of experience in the healthcare industry, but is well-versed and rounded in all business structures. Along with HR consulting, she also teaches professional skills and leadership courses at a local community college in New Mexico, specializing in HR Basics, Creating a Culture of Inclusion, Team Building, and effective Goal-Setting strategies.
